"I've had State Farm for over 15 years, and this experience has been the worst example of customer service. I've had an urgent issue that is affecting my coverage, and despite them knowing that I have coverage, they are reducing our coverage and increasing costs. At least 10 calls in the last 2 months with several "assurances" that issue was resolved and yet no resolution. Lesley Bradley just stopped working on our issue despite her title being Customer Relations Representative. Throughout all of this, there is no response or acknowledgment from Ashley King. Terrible all around."
