"Mr. Roger Craig was a remarkable and incredible man who looked out for, respected and honored his customers it’s disappointing to even write this but Ashley King has failed his image to uphold his customers and honor the bond . She’s a thief who claims to never have change and she keeps your money . It’s sad the lengths she goes to just to wrongfully keep your money . But Roger Craig will truly be missed along with his staff ."

"Agent was attentive to my call, addressed efficiently my concerns and was very welcoming. She maintained professionalism during the call while being friendly. She was knowledgeable and kept her word to call me back and emailing me documents. Awesome job, kudos to Helen 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. Above is my review on July 2023. However, I’ve had the worst experience ever after one month. What was supposed to be my monthly rate went up exponentially. I had nothing told to me but lies…the underwriters have it in review. I’ve spoke to the A. King, herself and was told she’ll get back to me by the end of the day concerning my issue. Never heard from her. Spoke and text 2 agents both stating my reimbursement was with the underwriters. I again was told after another overcharge was deducted from my account that the refund will take 2 weeks. It’s been 2 months. I received an email today from A. King telling me they owe me nothing. Oh yes you do!! I’ve been with State Farm for YEARS, this isn’t representative of State Farm as whole but this agent, BEWARE!!! A total rip off. 👎🏽👎🏽 I’ll be posting on every public site and filing a complaint with the better business bureau and the state of North Carolina."
